Dance contest 'The Magic of Dance' (XV Ogólnopolski Konkurs Taneczny 'Magia Tańca'), Ostrów Wielkopolski, Poland
My niece and nephew competed in a dance competition last weekend and took home 20 medals, 4 ribbons, and several team trophy's. They have been dancing since they were 3 and 4 years old and they are now 11 and 13. It's so fun watching them progress over the years!
This image is of my niece and several of her teammates. They had just finished their dance and were all wearing their medals. There was a little time between dances and costume changes and I snapped this fun shot of them. Yes, I'm a proud Auntie!

Dancing Waters is already a tradition in Tampere in late October. Movement of water is carefully synchronized with background music.

I had a ton of fun taking it. I mean, except i thought someone broke into my house and I have to call my Dad and Nikola so that they could come over and investigate while I was cowering in my basement.
What ended up happening was that I took one of my light stands, put on some snowpants and decided that I would run outside and wait for Nikola. I thought, if the guy had a gun it would be harder to hit a moving target, especially one flailing a light stand around and ESPECIALLY after he's been hit over the head with it. So I decided it's all or nothing and, how much could a gun shot wound hurt anyway?
I ran upstairs and unlocked the door and Nikola was there waiting already and then he searched the house. Turns out it was my neighbour walking loudly and that you can only hear him walking when you're in the basement of my house.
So no, there was no one in my house but me. I just gave everyone a scare.
So seriously, dance like no one is watching. Live life to the fullest, because you never know!
