What started out as a maternity shoot, turned into a sunset dance party on the ridge! With dad being a professional dancer and a mama with moves like this, this baby is going to dance his way out to meet the world.

Each "dancer" (though I think mine look more like tragic actors) is wetfolded from a square of Canson paper (224gsm, 16x16cm), painted green on one side.

Male peacock spider dance (Maratus anomalus ). Male raising both third legs seconds before raising his abdomen to perform for a female. Shot with Canon 60D and a modified Canon FD 50mm 1.4 SSC on 20 and 36mm macro tubes.
A week ago I was at a SecondLife Dance show - of whihc I photo captured dance choreographer / drancer Maar Volous perform a beautiful dance on stage. One of the photos I process looked so much like it belonged on a Cameo Brotch. So I used photoshop and blended the photo of her with a fitting antique metal brotch. Then placed it over top a wood table backdrop.
Just was playing with Photoshop.
