This was my favorite build for the Rebellug vignette build contest. I got third place in the contest which I was very excited about.

It's surprisingly hard to do cyberpunk architecture. All reference pics I find are usually artwork that, while very well done, is darkly lit with rainy most of the time, with any color coming from neon lights and usually looking upwards to the massive skyscrapers, not towards the streets below. Still threw this together for a batch that won't be done for a while. Gave it a solo shot since it's only used for one pic and you only see about half to 2/3s of it, but it turned out pretty good.
Not the greatest render, the glare erased some detail... I'm rather dismayed with the lack of interesting/diverse heads-torsos-legs for the cyberpunk genre. So I decided to make my own! I've used Inkscape before but not for anything as precise as this. I'm trying to stick to the Lego design aesthetic (certain line thickness, max detail level, specific colors, proportions, etc) but its still a WIP. The head is the custom design here based on some cyberpunk concept art I found somewhere a while back. I may start doing this more and more. Any designs I put on non-minfigure parts I will try to make look more like custom printing. And of course, my strict adherence to the existing part colors will remain.
Oh and there's a cool bike too.
I present to you, my latest MOC! The story of this MOC is simple. I wanted a big building, I built a yellow wall, I built around the yellow wall.
It's one of the biggest single structures I've ever built as well as the tallest. I tried many experimental techniques, like using pneumatic hoses as wall piping. It's not that futuristic, but it's definitely cyberpunk.
Hopefully I'll build more of these in the future! Let me know what you guys think!!!
