At 15 years old, I still contend that TJ is the ONLY DOG IN THE WORLD that has gotten cuter with age! His look has continually morphed from cute, to cuter, to cutest! I haven't been posting because I've been traveling a lot. The poor little guy has been waiting for me to come home and stay, so now he's got his wish. He doesn't want to look at the camera right now, so until I catch him in a willing mood, here's some of TJ's best looks.

TJ was born here in Texas so you'd think he'd be a Longhorn, but TJ is full of ceremonies, traditions, and rituals which I have always referred to as "TJ's Rules". So, he's a perfect match for ritualistic and ceremonial Texas A&M Aggies. Besides he's a lot like Johnny Effin' Football's style - wild, all over, and usually ends up winning. :) Strangely Rallyhouse didn't have any tiny Aggie jerseys! If you find one somewhere, please send me a link. Now...time for kickoff!

TJ is back to good health, but now we have to fatten him up. He got down to 4 1/2 lbs! Normally he's around 6 or 7. I hope he's ready to eat, eat, eat! Fun videos are posted on their YouTube Page.

This is a puppy at the shelter that is up for adoption. Many of the puppies and kittens that are offered for adoption have been through our foster program and they just love the attention of the people.
Eventually TJ calms down and enjoys a belly rub. Here's a minute of one of our quiet nights. Enjoy his smile.
Most everyone seeing this face already knows, but for those of you who don't...his name is Teddy. He's quite possibly the sweetest and most loving creature on the planet. You should also know that he's amazingly smart, unabashedly affectionate, infinitely forgiving, and absolutely treats everyone the way in which he wants to be treated...with unbridled love. This is Teddy Bear Koeller, age 17. He's the closest thing to a son I will ever know, and I'm the luckiest guy in the world.:)

"Buddy" is dirty, disgusting, has lost both of his ears, and his neck is holding on by just a thread. But it's the one and only toy TJ has ever been interested in playing with. TJ is going through some sort of prolonged illness. I'm starting to get a little worried. I got up and made an omelette for breakfast one morning and he slept right through it until I was done eating. It was strange to have him in the house, but not sitting beside me crying and begging for my food.

Our annual Spring football oasis weekend has arrived!! Just to recap, TJ is a Dallas Cowboys fan because he was born in DFW and because he's spoiled, cries a lot, wines a lot, thinks the whole world is against him, and isn't all that smart. :)

This is for Vitória, a 12 year old from Brazil. She wanted this message written with hearts next to the boys. So we went out and bought some love-themed bandanas and did our best to say "Thanks for looking Vitória!" Unfotunately, Teddy was a little too chilly this morning to smile. Apparently the site she wants to post it on needs the tag in the corner - I dunno, weird. Again, if anybody is making money off these photos you need to get ready for a lawsuit. I share them from the goodness of my heart.
