Ok, this might look weird but it's one of the best vegan food ever. Ingredients / recipe :

- cook the wholegrain pasta, classic.

- steam boil some soaked black beans.

- frying pan : canula/olive oil, lots of cumin seeds, lots of finely chopped onion. optional : add some smoded tofu. once the onions are fried, add finely chopped courgettes and tomatoes. salt. then add some spices: safran, cardamome, coriander, curcuma, pepper, the usual. then the offical vegan magic trick: apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, hazelnut powder. once all fried, mix with the rest and add some nut/flaxseed/sesame oil.
