5th Tea (Ceylon tea) - also a black tea, became the main crash crop for Sri Lanka after a blight killed the majority of the coffee crops in 1867. Today, Sri Lanka is the largest exporter and the third largest producer of tea in the world.

Cupping is an ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice that involves suctioning or vacuuming sections of the body. The cups are heated by swabbing rubbing alcohol on the bottom and then lighting the cup or by placing an inverted cup over a flame to aid in suctioning.
