Let me say how difficult it is to try and get a macro shot using your reversing ring perched on top of a pile of paving stones without a tripod! This is the only shot I got that I really like!

Coffee cuppers test for quality at Finca Triunfo Verde's headquarters in Jaltenango, Chiapas, Mexico. Cupping is performed under controlled conditions and evaluates samples pulled for analysis that are identified by number only, thus ensuring the objectivity of a “blind” test. FTV farmers take advantage of the excellent climactic conditions to produce a rich, fragrant coffee that is among the finest in the world. A 2013 IAF grant to FTV is helping guarantee that its farmers continue to produce and market organic certified coffee.
