Yum! Brush kale with a little olive oil and sea salt and bake in a toaster over on 325 for 6-8 minutes, flipping once. Thanks for the tip Michelle B!

This is a profoundly ugly plate of food, but it was way more edible that cabbage usually is for me. The CSA cabbage was huge, so I used an Emeril Legasse recipe from the FoodTV site to do something with massive quantities of it.

Everything is neatly stacked and waiting for us.
