(Now I'm not angry with you, if you do not read on – it's a bit long ;-))

Because of good leadership Robbie and Jack (You remember Robbies buddy with the permanent grin on his face?) were allowed to change their workplace in the prison to the laundry. It smelled like sweat and cheese feet, but it was a hit. They were in the right place to realize their outbreak. When disposing of old clothes, they were able to stash some rags unnoticed. By the way, they have had to give up the plan to break free through "Beam me up, Scotty" after a number of unsuccessful attempts. The energy of Jack had simply not lasted for two. Now they intended to make their escape in the usual old-fashioned way. So they braided a very long rope out of the scraps of fabric ... Then everything went very fast: In an unobserved moment they hid in the big laundry bags and when these were pushed through the corridor, they let themselves fall through a prepared hole, rolled to the toilet doors, tied the rope to the washbowl, and climbed out of the window. (You wonder why the windows were not secured? They were so rotten they could just be pried out of the wall, no one thought that a renovation of the 5th floor would be necessary, and there was a shortage of money anyway ...) And ... off they went! They came right past Robbie's cell window (As you may have noticed?) It was winter, so fortunately stock gloomy – but also damn cold. (Why didn't we take any wool blankets with us?) They landed without sprains and disappeared quietly, unobtrusively and – now both with a permanent grin on their faces – in the dark of the late afternoon. Nobody has seen them since ...

(Jetzt bin ich Euch nicht böse, wenn Ihr nicht weiterlest – ist etwas lang ;-))

Wegen guter Führung durften Robbie und Jack (Ihr erinnert Euch an seinen Kumpel mit dem Permant-Grinsen im Gesicht?) ihren Arbeitsplatz im Gefängnis in die Wäscherei tauschen. Hier roch es zwar etwas nach Schweiß und Käsefüßen, aber es war der Hit. Sie waren am richtigen Ort, um ihren Ausbruch zu realisieren. Bei der Entsorgung von alten Klamotten konnten sie unbemerkt ein paar Lumpen beiseite schaffen. Sie hatten übrigens den Plan nach etlichen vergeblichen Versuchen aufgeben müssen, sich durch "Beam me up, Scotty" zu befreien. Die Energie von Jack hatte einfach ncht für zwei gereicht. Nun beabsichtigten sie, ihre Flucht auf ganz gewöhnliche althergebrachte Art zu bewerkstelligen. Also flochten sie aus den Stoffresten ein ganz langes Seil ... Dann ging alles sehr schnell: In einem unbeobachteten Moment versteckten sie sich in den großen Wäschesäcken und als diese durch den Gang geschoben wurden, ließen sie sich durch ein vorbereitetes Loch fallen, rollten zu den Toilettentüren, zurrten das Seil an dem Waschbecken fest und kletterten durch das Fenster nach draußen. (Ihr fragt Euch, warum die Fenster nicht gesichert waren? Sie waren dermaßen morsch, dass man sie einfach aus der Mauer hebeln konnte. Niemand hatte gedacht, dass eine Renovierung im 5. Stock notwendig wäre und es mangelte sowieso an Geld ... ) Und ... ab ging die Fahrt! Sie kamen direkt an Robbies Zellenfenster vorbei (Wie Ihr vielleicht bemerkt habt?) Es war Winter, deshalb zum Glück stockduster – aber deshalb auch verdammt kalt. (Warum nur haben wir uns keine Wolldecken mitgenommen?) Sie landeten ohne Verstauchungen und verschwanden zusammen leise, unauffällig und – nun beide mit einem Permanent-Grinsen im Gesicht – im Dunkel des Spätnachmittags. Keiner hat sie seitdem gesehen ...

Ok ok ok. I know this was taken yesterday, but I can't replicate the photo. And I really wanna use it, so I did :)

It kinda explains how I feel today anyway. I feel.... Well, I don't know, haha. But it's not a bad feeling, but not an extremely good feeling. Well, it's good, but not GOOD! You know what I mean? Anyway....

I went to school in my pajama today :D And I didn't care what people thought because hell, they are comfy. And plus, I was too tired to change, haha. I woke up, put on make up, brushed my teeth, went back to bed, woke up again and left for school. =] It was a good morning.

And I'm going to take "Mike"'s advice. I know other people have told me this, but whatever. I'm not going to care what other people think of me. Who cares if they think I dress whoreish when I wear that pink dress? I think I look good in it, and I feel good in it. So they're not going to determine how I feel that day just by what they think. They're just jealous because I have a better body and can fill it out. =p But I still want to lose another 16-22 pounds :)

I can't wait to start weapons class. The guy I was talking about yesterday... I'll call him... "Eric".... He was like, "Yeah, you should really join weapons." and I said that there are awesome people there to beat up, so I talked to mom and she said yes :) But the agreement is that I have to pay for the weapons if she pays for the tuition. God, I have to pay for a phone and weapons... This is going to be interesting as to how I can pay for it. But I'll do it somehow haha. I'll get to see and talk to "Eric" every Saturday, which I like the idea of, haha.

ANYWAY! For this photo, I like that the wings on the back of my t-shirt made it into the shot. I like the little touch they give it.

The Milky Way over the sandstone hoodoos of Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park in southern Alberta.

This is a comppsite of a single 30-second untracked exposure for the sky with the Canon 6D at ISO 4000, and 24mm lens at f/2, as the final frame of a 300-frame time-lapse, with a 6.5-minute exposure for the ground, taken at the end of the time-lapse with the lens stopped down to f/4 and the Canon at ISO 1600 for lower noise and better depth of field.

This final frame of the star trail time-lapse at Writing-on-Stone is made to crossfade to from the movie. Two versions of the ground are in the layered PSD file for demo purposes — 1) from a stack of the last 10 frames and 2) from a single 6.5 minute exposure with an LENR dark frame but the camera shifted a little so that image had to be manually aligned.

Here is how we have our Basic Monster High dolls on display.

I put notes on the dolls and their pets for my friends who are not familiar with the characters so scroll over if you forgot a Monster's name :-)

Btw, aren't the pets cute? I wonder why Mattel doesn't re-release them (they could be sold in plushie form too!).

Can't believe it's been three years now since these dolls have been around.

I still remember how I found out about them, it's a funny anecdote actually...

The sixth birthday of the daughter of a good friend of mine was approaching and I browsed the internet to get some ideas of what I could get her.

I went on Mattel.com and saw Frankie Stein, Draculaura, Clawdeen, Lagoona, Deuce and Cleo for the very first time and I was really intrigued by the "Daughter of famous Monsters" concept.

In the end I got the little girl a Bratz Forever Diamondz Sharidan that I found in a store (it's crazy how small the fashion doll selection was at the time and it was only three years ago!!!).

Of course, I was convinced that as soon as I could, I would get Mattel's new Monster dolls ^__^

And here I am, still collecting them hahaha
