"Baked crispy churro waffles covered in chocolate syrup & fresh fruit slices"

OMG - this is one unapologetic avalanche of cinnamon sugar.

The waffles were literally coated with a liberal coat of cinnamon sugar - it is crispy - from the crunch of the sugar!

Adding the chocolate syrup added even more sweetness.

This was a massive sugary high!

Added that the Churro waffles themselves were also quite oily and dense, this made for a pretty heavy going dessert!

Yum! This squid was soooo good! Of course, I don't remember the name of the restaurant in Sydney where I ate this but apparently the squid is renowned here.

This was amazing... I'm going to try and make this some time.

Got a package of Pork chops at our local Kroger (on sale) for $5.00. Remembered to pound the pork chops this time before doing the Egg wash and Breading. (I put them in an egg wash, then put them in Progresso Italian-style Bread crumbs, and a 2nd egg wash and finally in French's Crispy Fried Onions) Had two cans of Yams to heat up on the stove for our side.

Soft polenta and mushrooms

I was practically creamin my little ol panties when i found out he was bringing his show to town.!

I have been a Crispin fan since Rivers Edge and have always held him in high regard (he is a genius) and I was sooooo nervous to meet him (most nervous i have ever been) that i know i probably came off like a total douche-bag. That same kind of gushy girly shit that makes my IQ drop to like 50 and i get totally tongue tied and forget i even have a brain let alone how to use it...(ha kinda like what happened with Jonathon Trent)

I feel terrible knowing i probably made a HORRID impression and if i didn't respect him as much as i do i wouldn't give a rats ass--but i do....sigh!

He is TOTALLY AND UTTERLY THE MOST AWESOME OF EVERYONE I HAVE EVER MET!

If you like Crispin/understand his sense of humor then when he brings the show to your town GO!! It is amazing!

Juicy fried chicken nugget done in the Taiwanese style. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. One of the "must order" item on the menu, could finish the entire bucket myself.
