I found this old thing lurking in the back of a wardrobe!! It's a poster of the record sleeve of Unsightly and Serene - a 10 inch record by Crispy Ambulance. I saw the band at the ICA in 1980. I can't remember if I got it mail order or from outside the gig. The image is "based on" the engraving by Gustave Dore (1890) "Dante and Virgil transversing Cocytus"
Dice tofu, heat some oil in a wide pan or wok. Stirfry tofu with turmeric, cumin, chili powder, ginger powder, ground coriander seeds and salt until crispy.

So I wanted some crisps last night, and I thought I'd open this pack of bacon crispies, I'll just have a few... they've all gone :-|
I took 10 pictures, the first two were blurry and the rest in focus, obviously the best picture was the second picture... I've tried to sharpen it, but it looks weird to me... still better than blurry though! lol

After preparing cottage pie, I saved the peeled potato skins, and the next day I coated them in olive oil and seasonings and baked them until cooked and crispy!

fish was very good... sides were a bit plain. but I dont recommend this place because I had tons of lint in my wine! probably from them wiping the glass with a napkin first before pouring the wine. pfffff >.<

Big "Ka-Plunk!" of a disappointment.
I was expecting oodles of noodles encased in each nugget but I instead I found chunks of cement-like dough.
Essentially, this was a plate of deep-fried breaded noodle dough.
The only redemption The lovely sweet-umami-spicy sauce.
