Happily consumed at Vegetarian's Paradise 2, aka VP2. Dang, I could go for summathat right about now.
A funny aside...the day I popped into VP2 for this lunch I was sitting by myself (met up with my friend Shannon later on the day), happily gnoshing, when I looked over and seated not a foot over from me was someone else I knew from Minneapolis, who just happened to also be in NYC...sitting next to me. Small world.

On Monday night, my browther-in-law, Adam (who lives with us), had some mates over and they had Chinese for dinner. They were off eating, we were off doing whatever, and the first thing Adam says to me is 'Got ya lunch for tomorrow'. And that he did! Left overs, which actually lasted me for lunch for two days!
Included with that was a giant bag of prawn crackers - one of my favourites! We ate maybe half of them on Tuesday night, but then I had the rest of the bag to snack on during work today. It was great.
So, thank you, Bro!
marinated in lemon, caper and mustard in a gluten-free crust ($9). Served with house sea urchin “fancy sauce.” Sea-side featured: crispy potato wedges and Little Fin garden slaw.

nemu lagi neh jamur tiram di toko asia...dan lg pengen bikin cemilan yg gurih2 akhirnya bikin ini deh :)
Ingredients:
500 gr jamur tiram
tepung beras / tepung maizena / tepung tapioka / tepung terigu/ terpung kobe
kalo pake terigu tambahin baking powder dikit aja
garam
merica
ketumbar
penyedap
Directions:
* Sobek-sobek jamur tiram
* Didihkan air, rebus jamur sebentar. Tiriskan jamur, keringkan jamur dengan menggunakan lap.
* tambahkan garam, ketumbar, dan penyedap. aduk2..tunggu beberapa saat sampe meresap.
masukkan jamur kedalam tepung , lakukan sebanyak 2x.
goreng dengan minyak banyak dan panas.
kalo dah dingin masukkan toples...siapkan untuk temen blajar , nonton tv atau nge net :)
Crispy bao and the jade iced lemon tea (D1). The tea is refreshing, but I wouldnt recommend the bao. Opt for the lemon pepper chicken wings which were outstanding.
