after an hour some were crispy but not all, I left it there
Crispy roll (deep fried, tuna, avocado, eel, asparagus, cream cheese, sweet sauce)
Jun roll (tuna, salmon, white fish, asparagus, ponzu sauce on the side)
sidenote: Jun is the owner/chef. The place used to be a bagel place and then somehow became a sushi/japanese restaurant. They also serve a Korean menu since he is Korean. It's a pretty cool place. His wife cooks in the back, he works at the bar, and their daughter is the waiter. Sometimes they'll bring in another waiter or someone else to help in the bank.
Even when he started the restaurant, he said he still made bagels every morning to deliver to offices around the area. I don't think he does that anymore though.
