This was done for my Designing with Type class. The assignment was to sculpt or build 3D type, so I crumpled up old magazines, beaded wire through the papers, and used wire to make them stand.
Create a expansive cityscape, featuring a blend of historical and steampunk architecture, astrolabes, and large, decorative structures to add a sense of wonder and technological advancement. Include an elevated perspective overlooking the city. Buildings with tall, prominent structures such as towers, domes, and spires, exhibiting ornate and intricate designs. Advanced or fantastical technology integrated into the cityscape, such as airships or flying vessels in the sky, and mechanical structures on rooftops. The skyline consists of a blue sky and bright white clouds. @ferleon

He was blowing smoke filled bubbles near Saturday Market. The bubbles caught my eye first, but when I saw who was creating them, I had to take his picture.

I had admired these when I saw some lit in someone's yard in town a few weeks back My girls brought these home from a friends house last night (they were left over wedding decorations). We put citronella candles inside and sat out on the porch. What a nice change from open flamed candles to repel bugs and the glare of porch lights.

Now I am inspired to create my own by picking and choose bits of things from that person's and this person's work and try to make my own OOAK Blythe. I hope I will do well as this will be my first full customized Blythe.
