Robo Challenge (Forcey Christian) - here's one of the creations that came out of crash avoidance lesson, where students program motion sensors to keep their bots from major danger.
This is a picture of the waves on a beach in Ventura.
Notice these three things: The photo shows the waves in the distance just now "crashing". But also, it shows the waves in the middle coming in, already crashed. Then, notice, the front. With the waves crashing back into the waves just coming in.
What you are noticing in this picture is all the things the beach does...in one shot.
My car has a boo-boo. I could just cry. I can't get the doors on this side open. So that means I have to get in on the passenger side and crawl over the console. I hope I can get it fixed soon.

I cannot believe my "luck" when Nelson Piquet's car crashed into the wall where I was seated !! Was too stunned by the crash, so only managed to remember to take photo of the damaged car being removed !!
So, something "crashed" near Tower Bridge yesterday. From the looks of the build quality of the thing, it came from Ikea or possibly MFI.
They were still building the other half of the instalation next to this so I have no idea what it was all meant to be. The "Men in Black" were not at liberty to tell us anything.
Possibly it was just Boris trying out alternative methods of transport to get to his City Hall office.

Cozumel, Mexico
Hello again. I got back from my cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel last Sunday, and I've been quite busy since then, so I am taking the time today to show you all some of the photos from my trip. I will have a few more in the near future, but I still need to figure out which ones, and edit some, etc.
My trip was quite wonderful, by the way. There were of course good and bad moments, but overall, it was incredibly beautiful and thrilling. We got to hold and kiss stingrays, snorkel, horseback along the beach, and eat the most amazing food in the world. I met so many amazing people that I am missing already.
It was nice to come back to reality, though, to tell you the truth.
Time to shower, write an essay, study spanish, work on some good ol' algebra, watch a sappy movie, and try to erase certain thoughts from my mind. Ta ta, dear, Flickr
