This guy slid accross 6 lanes of traffic from the leftmost northbound lane into the outside southbound lane on HWY 58. I have a heap of shots I need to develop from my F2 of it. Totally destroyed the car. He hopped the median as if it was nothing.
I can't find my copy of Crash, but I faintly recall that Ballard was referencing the North Circular (or was that in Concrete Island?). I could be wrong, in any case there was no M25 at the time. Have to re-read both books

A PVTA bus with 20+ passengers and no driver rolled down State Street in Springfield, and crashed into the federal courthouse. Two people suffered minor injuries.

these guys got stuck together somehow. hilarious. also, that little jeep was a pink barbie jeep complete with cell phone. ha!
These little guys were pecking at the edge of the waves and every time the waves came crashing towards the shore, they'd run away, like they were playing keep-away.

When he was a puppy, this is how he used to wake me (and all of my guests-- they never needed an alarm clock in their room, he would just do his morning rounds!!). He put his nose touching mine and patiently waited. When I opened my eyes in response to the tickle of his whiskers on my face, this is what I saw.
And old rusted out car that obviously crashed from a tight curve on the overpass above on Sitgreave's Pass near Oatman, AZ.

The waves were breaking really high over the edge of the pool this morning, the kids standing up are hanging onto the chain fence to not get swept in.
Car crash in the 30mph zone driver escaped with a few scratches. No other vehicle appeared to be involved.
This was taken at the Cockrell Butterfly Center. I snapped these three right in a row and was lucky enough to see this guy on the right crash into this big fella who was just sitting there minding his own business.
