I got to go on an overnighter with the family down to Pacifiic City last weekend. Easily my favorite beach on the coast. This shot was inspired by my bud Aaron Reed. I must have watched the waves crash for 20 min. before I ventured out there. I told Walter it looked safe but keep an eye out for sweepers. I set up and Walter decides to test out my safety theory and screams at me to run! 2 seconds flat I'm back up on the bluff with my camera in hand. "Where the hell is the wave" I scream!!!! Just makin sure you can hear me he says. I took alot of frames with waves that crashed well above that distant stack but I guess the waterfall lover in me just loves the aftermath of cascading water after the crash. Happy Waterfall Wednesday and thanks for stoppin by.

Not a big congregation here nowadays.

The waves pounding this rock just offshore made a sound like distant artillery, and they made the beach shake noticeably where I was standing

This is a shot I captured while on a short day-trip to Prison Island in Tanzania. Looking out of a cliff from the edge of Prison Island, I spotted this rock jutting out in the middle of the Indian Ocean, being battered by the sea. Each time the sea waves struck, spray would be generated, carried hither and thither by the strong breezes. I tried to freeze the motion so as to depict the power in nature, battering away at that rock, wearing it away gradually through the centuries. Who knows if a monolith stood there thousands of years ago, now worn down to barely a nub.

Crash Bang Wallop, the onlooker's turn round to see what the noise was. The paraglider had landed on the roof of the car behind him. The Paraglider still catching the wind, pulled the pilot feet first into another car and smashed it's back window.

See comment box below for image of other car.

No one hurt only his pride maybe:-)

Que pena. Siempre se rompe algo cuando hay mucha gente.

Went to Tynemouth again and got some shots like this :) It was freeeeezing! So so cold!

Worth it though.

Still honking at me and giving me a shower. At least he stopped before he plowed into me.

The Mother City has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and something to offer everyone. It is no surprise that South Africa was one of the first countries outside of Europe to earn blue flag status for some of her beaches - there are three on offer in and around the Mother City, Cape Town. The blend of 2 oceans (the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean) and hence 2 different styles of beach, divided by a 1000m high peninsula, leaves Cape Town an unrivalled holiday destination.

Puffin landing on Skomer Island - he did it very well in the end although it took quite some time for me to get the shot. Skomer Island is highly recommended to visit if you want to see these endearing little creatures. Hi to fellow photographers I met on the trip.

De Mosler spinde en kwam midden op de baan tot stilstand, een aantal auto's konden hem ontwijken maar de Corvette Z06R niet.

The Crash of the Long Eared Owl(Asio Otus) in 2020 only looks as such. Instead it is a breathtaking aerobatical manouvre from three meters (10 feet) after the owl has spotted its prey during sunset. So the owl did survive but not the prey.

Hope you enjoy. Any comments?

The crash inducing pixel pixie Izalon sets a new record for the most times my computer crashed on me on an art project.

Touch your lips just so I know

In your eyes, love, it glows so

I'm bare boned

and crazy for you

When you come

crash into me, baby

And I come into you

Oh I watch you there

through the window

And I stare at you

You wear nothing

but you wear it so well

tied up and twisted

the way I'd like to be

For you, for me,

come crash into me
