PS3 Wireless controller on a leather sofa back. The background is actually an office chair with a reflector place out of camera view to bring out the ribs sewn into the chair's back. I was also playing with the shallow depth of field of the remote and the contrast in colors.
This is the front of the elevator hoist controller.All of the electrical connections are 100% exposed. It is fed with a 240V 3phase delta service. This elevator hoist was originally used by the city of Victoria BC in their city transit stable. The carriages were stored on the ground floor and the horses were kept on floors 3 & 4. Transit offices were located on the 2nd floor The building is still being used for the self storage business. They say the lift is still in perfect working order.
My plans for my n gauge layout are coming together with a new baseboard, Sundeala top, new track design and my late father's rolling stock with a few more (probably lots more) pieces of my own.
The result is planned to be a seaside/rural layout with terminus and a coastal halt supporting an imagined 'heritage' collection of trains. No room for a fiddle yard so there will be sidings all over the place to hold the stock. What is down now are just test tracks so I can get the engines running properly. A trip to the 'toy' shop is in the offing to get some flexitrack, more turnouts another controller for branch and/or siding control and a couple of SR parcel wagons

It took me a full day to get shrink the fridge controller enclosure
down to a reasonable size. I wanted to know exactly how much room I
needed between components for a comfortable fit. Now I just need to go
into Inkscape and design the plexiglass case for laser cutting.

No.2 controller in the control cabin on top of the gondola of the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge. There are two of these in this cabin although only one is needed to drive the bridge. A third example is in the motor house so that the bridge can be driven from there in case of breakdown.
The bridge still uses DC power but it is likely to be converted to AC operation soon.
Two LV-MaxSonar-EZ1 ultrasonic range finders a pair of Pololu IR Beam Tranceivers and a couple of Micro Dual Serial Motor Controllers. Pity they arrived after the Bank Holiday weekend or I could have spent my free day playing with them.

Snail Run is a game + game controller designed by Li Hui Hui, Ou Yang and Hou Zhen Long during the ENIAROF workshop at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing. The workshop was organised by Antonin Fourneau, Douglas Edric Stanley and Cheng-Liang Wang with assistance from Linekernel and Robin Moretti. It was financed by France-China 50, in celebration of 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries; The Central Academy of Fine Arts; and The Aix-en-Provence School of Arts.

3D NES Controller created in Blender 2.8. I'm currently in the process of moving house with all my photography gear packed away I thought I'd give Blender 2.8 a try. My objective was to try and created a photorealistic render of a product. This was a great learning experience for me which I may consider introducing 3D design my workflow and for future projects.

What do you get when you take the Atari joystick, make it analog, add in the Star Raiders keypad and put some mushy side buttons (two on each side) taken off the Intellivision, then mix it all together and put a shiny Atari Rainbow across the middle?
A big mess.
I will give them credit for putting the start and reset buttons on the controller and extra credit for including a “Pause” button. But it’s still a mess.
