Quadrotor Flight Controller class at the HiTech STEM Lab at the East Columbia Branch of the HCLS. The purpose of the class is to introduce students to quadcopters through hand-on learning. The studets investigated the physics behind multirotor liftoff, stabilization, direction of flight, and landing the aircraft. Students worked in teams to assemble the
propulsion system and wire the flight controller and power system. Students honed their flight skills through a flight simulator before flight testing their builds in the final class.
I took my Playstation 2 controller and used sepia from photoshop and made the color similar to the controller so that the photo would be all the same color.
I found a (clone) Super Nintendo controller in a charity shop the other day. I took it apart for a bit of a clean-up.

No, I did not edit this with any special software, I do not have one of those fancy expense cameras...I just took the pic out of boredom and needed something to put on the site.
So, here it is.
1:55 pm: This traffic signal controller is being tested before it's installed. Then it will be sent out to either a state route intersection or a railroad crossing.
Again the softboard and some cardboard allow me to replicate the Controller. Details of this will be worked on to replicate this "hands on" playtoy as best as I can.

Today I explored the the suburb of Pinkenba (and the locality of Myrteltown) and I was amazed. I could spend days out there taking all manner of photos. The link below will take you to a site providing details on the Generator and Controller images.

I remember when I first played a PlayStation. It was in a raised stage-like booth at the Taste of Chicago, probably from 1995. The Taste is held in mid-summer so it would have been a few months before it's eventual release in September of that year.
When I first saw the controller. I was immediately struck by the shapes on the buttons, the divided D-pad and the four shoulder buttons. The only game I remember playing in the booth was Battle Arena Toshinden.
