This project intends to startle the viewer, who can only read the text 'I control you' in passing - no single angle ever reveals the text.

Tom Dykstra (left) Bill Lambert, Indiana NRCS northeast Area Easement Program Specialist, and Art Franke, Indiana NRCS district conservationist for Steuben County, tour Dykstra’s wetland reserve easement located in Fremont, Indiana June 7, 2022. Dykstra purchased the 110-acre wetland reserve easement in 2015. The property was originally enrolled in the Wetland Reserve Easement Program through USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service in 2010 through an initiative in the Fish Creek Watershed aimed at creating habitat for the endangered copper belly water snake. Dykstra worked with NRCS in 2019 to connect multiple wetlands on the property with tile drains and water control structures to address flooding issues caused by excessive rain. The structures enable him to manually control the water level throughout the property. Dykstra is also working with NRCS to address invasive species on the property. (NRCS photo by Brandon O’Connor)
Part of the 350 EARTH planetary art show, nearly 2,000 people gathered in Brighton-Hove, UK and formed an image of King Canute, who futilely attempted to control the oceans according to legend. The image was
designed by Radiohead's Thom Yorke who generously donated his time, energy and art to make the event a success.
The handle had to be removed from the arm to make the adjustment mechanism move, but ince you rmove it the metal lever is shaped just right to move around the main support.
On the point of pointles signs I'm pretty sure there is a pretty decent explanation for this sign, but I like to interpret this as:
Low flying trucks must land with their gear down or else they will be shot by radio controlled lasers.
WW2 style control tower although this is not actually the original as after the war, the Americans took over the airfield and altered the layout.
This was not in the plan. I was not expecting 3 SD40-2s and an SD75I. I didn't expect to see them cross the North Sask river and I wasn't expecting to catch them again by the Cando Staging yard. I believe this one, L512 is heading to the various customers on the Beamer Industrial spur, not the Cando staging yard.
Cando's Sturgeon main staging yard has about 64 tracks, each one with about 1.1km of usable space.
Cando runs a regular train from its staging yard to various refineries in the area. See this video for details: www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSohBWuCwZk
