This piece was created from life drawing. It was created without looking at the printing area. I feel that the lines in the piece are very free and offer a great sense of energy to the piece.

One of my favorite architects, Frank Gehry is elegantly pronounced in his distinctive gesture drawings. In an attempt to capture the subject’s emotion, my gesture drawing imitates his style and also expresses the highly-regarded feeling I have in the process.

Continuous as the stars that shine

and twinkle on the Milky Way,

They stretched in never-ending line

along the margin of a bay:

Ten thousand saw I at a glance,

tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The 2nd stanza from the sonnet "Daffodils" by William Wordsworth (1770-1850).
