Some of my best childhood memories are climbing trees with my siblings. When I saw my daughter's shoes dangling from a branch, I felt a rush to snap that picture. It was the first picture I ever developed by myself and I couldn't be happier with the results. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Heather Wade, Assistant Professor and University Archivist at Emporia State University expressed an interest in wanting her students to, "experience the outreach and customer service possibilities at a repository with a much higher-profile than ours, with a particular interest in the Gallery, the Topeka Room and Library so we could better understand how special collections "fit" into the system."

St. George’s University, in collaboration with the Royal Grenada Police Force, launches a new community outreach initiative with an eight week Certificate in Social & Behavioral Policing. An initial intake of 22 officers in the School of Arts and Sciences will study targeted topics in writing, communications, sociology, and psychology at no cost to the Government of Grenada.

The Association of Rice Alumni and the Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies hosted Classroom Connect 2018 on Saturday, April 21. The event featured lectures by some of Rice's top experts, faculty-led immersive learning experiences, and opportunities to network and connect with fellow attendees.
