Students from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District and U.S.Army garrison throughout Germany attended the Base Camp Development Planning course at the Amelia Earhart Center, May 18-21, 2010. The 28-hour training course in intended to teach students how to design a base camp from the ground up in a deployed environment. The 17 students who attended the course will receive 2.8 continuing education credits towards their Professional Engineer status.
