Constructive criticism appreciated :D as this is the first time I've shot a fashion show. Focus wasn't on the apparel as this particular shot was taken during the eyewear show. Hmm....come to think of it, I didn't really focus on the eyewear as well. Gah!

P/S - Had to post-process the colour as my WB was a bit off :p Now the colours are abit weird :p

Taken while on the road (literally) in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, CO, U.S.A. The fall colors were changing, beautiful area. Shot with my Canon Digital Rebel in September 2005.

Now whats interesting about this is the fact that the triangle with hands is an old hobo symbol meaning "the person who lives here has a gun" or "dude mayne that stay here got a yok and shit" to use the parlance of our times.

Bad Timing presents 'constructive interference' as part of 'Dark Hours | Fixed Space', Aid & Abet, Cambridge, Sat 3rd November 2012.

 

Cameraless workshop, led by Ian Helliwell, Cambridge International Super 8 Festival 2010.

Film made by splicing found Super8 film manually manipulated using techniques including hacksaw blades, bleach, Letraset, John Bull Printing Kit and felt-tip pens. The magnetic soundtrack was overdubbed live by workshop participants tuning live shortwave radio receivers.

 

Screening programme curated by Bad Timing from Cambridge Super 8 archive of Cambridge International Super-8 Festival and Straight8.
