The adult computers were all internet-enabled and you had to sign in with your BPL card to get 30 minutes, no more than twice a day, on the machines. There weren't any dedicated database-only terminals like you find in some of the NYPL libraries, so I gathered there wasn't a need for that.
I was interested to see that the "adult" terminals were also for teens. The kids sitting around me were all playing Rune with each other and talking over me about their shared game.
You know those electronic billboards on the Las Vegas strip? This was displayed on one of them for a good hour.

Computer Cave (computer sales, accessories, and service) is located in the back of the Washington Mutual building. They recently moved here from the nearby County Mall.
There are other offices in this same building that seem to be striving for a discrete privacy.

This was my first time setting up a new computer without any in-person assistance from friends. Things appear to be running smoothly so far. Going to be setting up my operating system and overclocking the graphics card and CPU tomorrow.

With a lot of advice from my friend Peter via chat I got things set up in a way that seems to make sense. I removed all of the hard drive and optical drive cages from the case since I don't plan on using them right away, but there's room if I want to add them to the bottom of the case between the PSU and the CPU cooler. Moved the back case fan to the front and put the CPU cooler right behind it. Graphics card fan replaced the back case fan. SSDs are mounted on the back of the case.
I have a lot of EVGA parts in this computer because many people say their service is second to none. My experience so far has been really positive. They shipped me an AM4 bracket for my CPU cooler for free within 2-3 days of my support ticket.
I got a few RGB parts on purpose to make the inside more interesting.
This is a tank of a laptop. I never really liked the Gateway desktops but this thing has been great... Almost 3 1/2 years since Misty bought it...
