An image I took of him in his Gym then dropped him on a street scene for fun.
For Chicken-Nana's 70th birthday. Composite of her children, their spouses and her grandchildren. A "live" group shot was beyond us, spread out as we are between California, Queensland, Toronto and dear old Blighty...
There are 10 people in the swap. Each person makes a zentangle string and then cuts it in either 9 or 10 pieces (depending on whether they want to do a piece of their own). They then mail all the pieces out to their partners (one piece to each partner). The partners complete the pieces and send them back to the owner (the person who drew the string). When all the pieces are received they will be put back together in one large COMPOSITE zentangle!
This is the piece that @dobie256 sent me - I tangled it and have now sent it back to her!

After missing last night's surprising sunset, I set out to shoot a time lapse tonight. The sunset wasn't nearly as impressive, of course, but shooting a time lapse is always an educational and enlightening experience.
I locked pretty much every parameter of the camera except shutter speed. I started at 1/500 second. As it got darker, I was shooting much longer exposures for each frame, eventually ending up at 10 seconds per frame. ISO is 100, f/8. I forgot to lock the white balance, an easy oversight.
You can see the HD time lapse video posted on YouTube. This image is a composite of 2 of the frames of the sequence, stacked like a double exposure.
This is the final image for the composite that I have to do for school. Below are the 2 pictures that I took it from.
A composite of 16 shifted TS images, to produce the equivalent of a 50 megapixel camera - stitching in Photoshop isn't brilliant, so need to work on that...

Returning on five consecutive days to the same spot five photographs were taken merged into this composite. The subject was the landscape of a tree stump.
I wanted to shoot them on white, but didn't have enough space or lighting to do it all at once. This was my solution.
