The Mitsui Home Components plant, on the outskirts of Tokyo imports wood from B.C. to make floor, wall, roof panels and trusses as part of wood packages for over 3,000 homes per year. It usually takes two days to assemble the component parts into a house on the building site. The plant was visited by delegates on the 2018 Forestry Asia Trade Mission. Japan is B.C.'s third largest market for B.C. wood products.

This is one of the sign components for the UW Medicine Shoreline Clinic, being assembled at the I-5 Design and Manufacture shop in Lacey, WA. The letters reading ‘UW Medicine’ are internally illuminated channel letters using ultra-bright LED lighting for energy efficient performance, and the letters below reading ‘Shoreline Clinic’ are in a cabinet sign. Finished soldering the component side of bushing's new twlfpga board to a mostly-virgin DSi. I'm trying a new "hot glue reflow" technique for making the wiring job sturdy yet serviceable :)

EP2D and Ivolga commuter trainsets in Moscow are operated by big private company The Central Exurban Passenger Company (АО Центральная ППК, JSCo CEPC). Trains of the CEPC have individual ivory-white livree clearly distinguishing them from ordinate red-colored commuter trains of the Russian Railways holding (JSCo RZD). Between them is the "Region express" train of CEPC painted in deep blue.

EP2D is the last development of ED4M family of 3 kV DC electric commuter trainsets with increased safety level for passengers to comply the new regultaions of the EAC. She is in production from 2015 y. by the JSC DMZ (Demikhovo Machinebuilding Plant; Russian: ОАО ДМЗ, Демиховский машиностроительный завод), now the leading producer of the suburban trainsets. Ones expluatated on the Moscow Railway have unusual 11 or 9 units compostion, that replaced the typical 10/8-cars composition.

ED4 (Electric train Demikhovskiy 4-th modification) is a series of Russian DC electric trainsets, developed in Russia after USSR breakage (before it all design and production were run on the RVR in Soviet Latvia) and built since 1996 to 2016 yy. In production they replaced trainsets of the ED2T project that still had many import electric components. For 1997-2016 yy were produced 500 trainsets that are currently in service on Russian Railways and in many former USSR states.

Line D1 of Moscow Central Diameters (МЦД-1) or Belorussko-Savyolovsky Diameter (Белорусско–Савёловский диаметр), a suburban network in Moscow which uses the existing infrastructure of Moscow Railway and provides a regular connection between Lobnya and Odintsovo across Moscow city. Belorussky station is part of the Moscow Central diameters, line MCD-1 (МЦД-1). In 2020, the construction of the connecting branch line (works are visible on the pic) between the Kiev and Belorussian directions of the Moscow Railway began. In September 2023, it is planned to complete the construction of the connecting branch and reconstruction of the station platforms, after which the station will be part of both the MCD-1 and the MCD-4.

In addition to the MCD-1 (МЦД-1) electric trains, six-car double-deck electric trains ESh2 "Eurasia" (STADLER) of Aeroexpress company run on the Odintsovo - Okruzhnaya section at 30-minute intervals, and ordinary eleven-car electric trains EP2D run on the Moscow-Smolenskaya - Lobnya section. Thus trains of the Aeroexpress train and trains of MCD run behind each other with identical interval in 15 minutes, and usual electric trains of Savelovsky direction in the direction of Lobnya follow in 10 minutes after MCD train and in 5 minutes before Aeroexpress, and in the direction of Moscow - in 5 minutes after Aeroexpress and in 10 minutes before MCD train.

For those of you who are interested in the 'bits', here are a selection of the key parts.

Not a complete rundown by covers the main mechanicals and load-bearing structures.

Car is 'drivable' with rear engine/transaxle, front tub and front drive assembly module.

Engine is an eight cylinder in 'W' format. That is two Vee-fours with their crankshafts gearedto a cenntral drive shaft.

Front and rear suspension are both by swing axles and sprung by torsion bars. The front suspension module plus straing into the front of the stressed tub and is completely self contained for load paths. The rear suspension feefs the loadparths into the engine assembly.

Not on the engine module the heat exchangers mounted in front of the rear wheels as well as behing the rear suspension module. The real Veyron has 13 heat exchangers in all. The detailing on the top of the engine asembly replicates the intake system and air-air intercoolers for the charge air.

One of the included images has the entire vehicle assembly arrayed.

Each of the finished components ready to be assembled. Note the slots the rear of the fork bung which will allow the passage of any water that finds its way into the steerer from the "quill stem fit" above. The finish is nothing more than fine wire wool with the removal of all flaws and polishing unnecessary for this particular project.

Produced by Alpine the A110 was powered by various Renault engines, the car was a natural progression from the A108 which used a lot of Renault Dauphine components, the A110 was updated to use R8 parts. the A110 featured a steel backbone chassis with fiberglass body. The A110 was originally available with 1.1 L R8 Major or R8 Gordini engines. The A110 achieved most of its fame in the early 1970s as a victorious rally car. After winning several rallies in France in the late 1960s with iron-cast R8 Gordini engines the car was fitted with the aluminium-block Renault 16 TS engine. With two dual-chamber Weber 45 carburetors the TS engine delivered 125 hp

The car reached international fame during the 1970-1972 seasons when it participated in the newly created International Championship for Manufacturers, winning several events around Europe and being considered one of the strongest rally cars of its time. Notable performances from the car included victory on the 1971 Monte Carlo Rally with Swedish driver Ove Andersson.

A German-Netherlands Corps tank participates in Exercise Noble Justification Sept. 22, 2014. Exercise Noble Justification is the certification of HQ 1 GE/NL corps as Land Component Command NRF 2015, and about the multinational Immediate Response Forces brigade that is still in the field.

Lieutenant General Halbauer hosted several high positioned guests at Rena, Norway, Sept. 22, 2014. Among the very international invitees: ambassadors, generals, local mayors, and the Norwegian Secretary of State of the Department of Defense, mr BØ.

The distinguished visitors were informed about Exercise Noble Justification, the certification of HQ 1 GE/NL corps as Land Component Command NRF 2015, and about the multinational Immediate Response Forces brigade that is still in the field.

The guests were even able to take a look at an actual operation that was executed. At Rena Airfield a Tactical Air Landing Operation was visible: a C130 Hercules rapidly picked up infantry of the NLD 11th Brigade.

Although the firm of George Mesker (same family but independently owned and operated by Geo. Mesker) in Evansville, IN is located closer than St. Louis, where the Mesker Brothers firm was located. Builders in Southern Indiana towns seemed to use both Mesker firms for purchasing their building facade kits in the latter Victorian era. These multi-component facades were ordered by part numbers from catalogs and shipped from the foundry for assembly on site. The Mesker firms made both heavy cast iron components as well as lighter weight stamped tin panels. This plaque reads: Mesker Bro's, Front Builders, St. Louis, MO. Thousands of Mesker fronted buildings are still standing across small town America and are now a century old or older.
