This is a really interesting pedal. It's actually two complete circuits in one pedal. Designed to yield Neil Young-style sounds, but it can cover quite a bit of ground.
OK, so this is how you set it up. It's not like most pedals, so a short tutorial is probably in order. There are two circuits here; a Tube Screamer-style overdrive and a silicon fuzz pedal. The way I set this up is by turning the fuzz ("Si") all the way down first. Now, you have an overdrive pedal. Turn it up until you get about the level of dirt you're looking for. Now, there's a voltage sag adjustment, which has a lightning bolt marking it. This power-dimming control only influences the overdrive. So back down the power until the sag is where you like it. There's a point where the overdrive will start to sputter and spit, which is the, "Neil Threshold," but you can get a lot of different kinds of tones by starving the overdrive. Now that you've got the overdrive set up, crank up the fuzz control until you've got as much fuzz as you want to hear. That's it! That's all there is to it!

I 'cheated' a little as the design is the same as the block that Kate made for me. (Kate, after struggling with the 'Y' seams, I am truly amazed with the sewing that you did in my block). I ended up using this design as I was struggling to find a design that would fit with the amount of patterned fabric that I had, plus it is a design that I really love.
I had quite a bit of trouble with the set in seams, or 'Y' seams.
Brief was to create something inspired by symmetry, tessellations, art nouveau and art deco, and kaleidoscope blocks.

52/52: Tribute Shot
Finally finished the 52 weeks project. I started this project with the chess game so I thought I should end it with a chess game too.
I really enjoyed doing this project. I have decided to sign up for another year of the 52 weeks project but this time I am planning on doing it 100% with the iphone camera. We shall see how that goes.
I finished my Shoshie shawlette on March 28, 2010, and blocked it a week later. My first lace shawl and beading experience, and I love it!

Also has 2 additional lots that can be sold and recoup your initial investment."
The “Bank of New Castle” was incorporated March 21, 1870 with an authorized capital of $100,000.00. A lot on Main Street was purchased February 13, 1871, on which the first bank building was constructed. The bank commenced business on March 1, 1872. The first administrative staff consisted of:
• George C. Castleman – President
• Joseph Brinker – Cashier
• Sanford Strother – Bookkeeper
J. W. Matthews – Clerk
“Citizens Bank” at Port Royal was formed in 1891 with capital stock of $15,000.00. M. B. Perry was elected President. He was succeeded by his son, H. E. Perry, who would see this bank consolidate with “Citizens Bank of New Castle ” in 1935 to become “Citizens Bank.” H. E. Perry occupied the office of President of the combined institutions for 58 years.
The same year as the Citizens Bank merger, The "Bank of Campbellsburg" which was established in 1889, joined with the "Farmers Bank of Turners Station" to become "United Farmers Bank." Both United Farmers Bank and Citizens Bank continued to serve the needs of Henry County residents and be active participants in county growth for many years.
In 1975, the Board of Directors of both institutions recognized the potential gain for shareholders and customers that another merger would bring. After careful consideration and planning, the two banks merged to become what we have today -
United Citizens Bank & Trust Co., Inc.
Swapped out some eyes, and we're good to go! Of course, now I don't want to let her go... I'm the worst customizer ever, because I want to keep them all!
I have been searching for a 443 to complete my set and came across this complete set for $10 at GW. The 441 & 442 look perfect to me. 443 & 444 have slight wear and a few utensil marks. Overall I think this set is in better shape than the one I was piecing together. This set also raises my complete Cinderella bowls count to two patterns. :)
