Using an Olympus C-2020Z and an infrared R72 filter, suddenly the world looks rather different. My Canon DSLR can't produce anything like this. The compact wins!

Brownie Six-20 Folding camera this is also my blip today
Friend had some camera's he wanted me to look at... This is the oldest one of them.
At the moment can not get the back open - if I could I would get a 620 film and try this out. Seems it is not worth a lot as many were made but still would love to try taking some pictures with it.

I’m getting antsy for that sexy new APS-C compact camera from Fuji that should be shipping any day now, so I took a lil’ol’ Canon A620 out for a walk yesterday afternoon. The results from this old small-sensor compact are not too bad (way better than a Sony pocket camera that I also have), but there are obvious limitations here. When you open the JPG and look at it 100% there are all kinds of noise and other digital artifacts, and the images just don’t hold up to much cropping or processing. I’ve been debating with myself for 2-years whether I should spend the money on a “good” compact, but that Fuji should be WAY better than this A620.

Blood compact (in Spanish: Pacto de sangre) was a ritual in the Philippines where tribes would cut their wrist and pour their blood into a cup filled with liquid and drink each other's blood as part of the tribal tradition to seal a friendship, a pact or treaty, or to validate an agreement.
An example of the blood compact was called Sandugo, which took place in the island of Bohol in the 16th century. The ritual was made between the Spanish explorer Miguel López de Legazpi and Datu Sikatuna the chieftain of Bohol. A blood compact was also made between the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan and Rajah Humabon the chieftain of Cebu.

For reference, I believe those are 26" tires.
Also, it's a Front Freewheel bike, so the bottom bracket freewheels, rather than the rear hub. Not the best design, but fun and exciting and extra unique.
