"Esta empresa juguetera de Ibi (Alicante) empezó en 1949 fabricando herrajes metálicos para carpintería. El nombre de la marca procede de las sílabas iniciales de los nombres de los fundadores: José Boronat y Alejandro Beltrá.
La producción de juguetes se impulsó notoriamente en 1968, año en el que empiezan a salir al mercado las colecciones que aquí se recogen.
El catálogo actual de la marca se centra principalmente en los camiones y la maquinaria agrícola y de obras."

This toy company from Ibi (Alicante) started in 1949 making metal fittings for carpentry. The name of the brand comes from the initial syllables of the names of the founders: José Boronat and Alejandro Beltrá.
Toy production was boosted in 1968, the year in which the diecast cars came on the market.
In later years The catalog of the brand focused mainly on trucks, agricultural machinery and construction equipment.
In May 2015, the company was liquidated and the factory in Ibi closed. "

Lai Chi Kok Road is a road in the western part of New Kowloon, Hong Kong. It links Lai Chi Kok to Mong Kok, via Tai Kok Tsui, Sham Shui Po and Cheung Sha Wan. It starts from the junction with Nathan Road near Pioneer Centre in the south and ends near Mei Foo Sun Chuen. The road is bidirection except the section Lai Chi Kok, between the junction with Butterfly Valley Road and Mei Foo Sun Chuen, where it serves New Territories-bound traffic.
荔枝角道（英文：Lai Chi Kok Road）是香港九龍的一條主要道路。其定線與長沙灣道平行，都是連接深水埗、長沙灣及荔枝角一帶。道路南端連接旺角彌敦道，北端連接葵涌道，全長約3.6公里，由西九龍走廊至荔枝角大橋的一小段屬於5號幹線的一部份。

Opalescent mother of pearl tiles are inlayed across the top of this elegant 1950’s Elgin American compact. A Nouveau style pattern adorns the band of metal that wraps around the mother of pearl squares. The compact opens to reveal an ornate inset for a powder pad, with the company’s logo stamped in the center. This inset flips open by pressing a small button providing a spot for holding powder, or whatever else you’d like to use it for.
It appears that the original mirror may have been replaced, but I am not positive, and the compact closes tight, but the latch can be somewhat finicky. Overall the compact is in nice vintage condition, with only some minor abrasions on the back. This beautiful vintage compact measures 3” in diameter.
More compact version for light-travelling units,also features a .45 ACP backup firearm.
