If you'll indulge me one more of these, I'd appreciate it...it is the last one because we took down our tree tonight. It can be very sad this time of year, after the holidays and all the anticipation and excitement has passed, and that's why a few years ago, I started calling it, "The Season without Reason"...this is the time of year when we celebrate life! You don't need a holiday to do that!! There's no reason not to go out for a celebratory meal and/or drink, buy that gift for your pal that reminds you of them, take the extra time you do have to spend with loved ones.
For Sliders Sunday, I decided to class it up and make it a little less busy with some more muted tones. Nothing needed to be done to the sharpness or clarity at all since my 60mm 2.8 macro is a GEM of a lens! You can see the sooc in comments.

It was such a great day for me, and this photo doesn't have much and I was in a hurry, but I wanted to take a photo of the ladies and the hot spring.
すごく楽しい一日で、特に大した一枚でもないし、急いでたのでただ撮っただけなんですが、楽しかった思い出です。田舎はいつもこんな感じですｗｗ

a social gathering.

My last week off before going back to work, I went for a day out in York to meet my friend Sarah who was down from Newcastle.
What a lovely day out! We had a Yorkshire Pudding wrap for lunch before a wander around a visiting a few bars.
The last bar Sarah took me to was Evil Eye, a cocktail bar she knows. Wow, the menu was extensive to say the least! I don't drink alcohol and usually the mocktail selection is perhaps 2 or 3 but there were 26 mocktails available!
Such a quirky place as well, all sorts of quirky decorations and touches. I loved it!

I went to see the one man show Buffy Revamped with my dear friend Simon. It was brilliant!
Buffy The Vampire Slayer remains one my my all-time favourite shows, and this was a hilarious take one it. I highly recommend going to see it if it's touring near you and you loved the TV show.

I realised it was well over a year since I tried the self-adhesive bras I have that work much like a push-up bra or corset. And in that year, the hormones have quite obviously been working their magic! - what a wonderful discovery! :-)
My time has passed very oddly during my transition. It's like it's passing at two separate but concurrent speeds. I seem to be on never-ending waiting lists and day-to-day not much seems to be happening. But also, when I look back, I have transformed every aspect of my life, and it seems like only yesterday when I first stepped out in public back in 2016! I'm almost fully through my transition now, literally all i am waiting for is the lower surgery although I am considering breast enhancements too. Ideally I'm aiming for like this but without the self-adhesive bra.

8) Jaymen, We loved the poses you started off with, however with your knowledge of the industry we really expected more from you, however you photo was solid enough to maintain a spot in the running to become Barbie Basic Fashion's newest model.
So that leaves us with the final two, DeeDee & Kitsie, please come forward. Looking at your photo's you can see two different girls with totally different looks, but with a very similar almost robotic pose... Deedee, you are the youngest competitor and although you have been around the industry since a young age, you really seemed lost in front of the camera, your photo looks more like a social networking photo, not a model. You have such a fun and young look that can really appeal to people, you just need to really find how to show that.... Kitsie, you were one of the girls we were most excited to photograph, you have exotic features and such a unique style, however, like DeeDee you didn't seem to handle the pressure and gave us a flat photoshoot. You used your body to create great angles and shapes, but your eyes are lifeless. so who goes home? The fiery latina with a killer fashion sense, or the young squeaky clean model who can charm all kinds of audiences? ................
