I tried cold brewing coffee (via smitten kitchen) and now I can have iced coffee whenever the heck I want it. yeeeeeah. It's pretty delicious.
Gotta love it. :)
It was good; mild, easy on the stomach, as cold brew coffee should be, more than regular black iced coffee.

Usually I hand grind with my Hario ceramic burr mill grinder, but I wasn't about to do that for the kilogram of beans I'd need for this experiment. Instead, I called my trusty old electric burr grinder out of retirement.
