This was the closest grocery store/supermarket to our hotel. It was so nice, clean and organized in there. I always looked forward to visiting this store for goods.

Literally - Beer freezes...

Didn't realise how brutally cold it would be today. Didn't pack a beanie, but did have my mask for on the train, which helped a lot.

Cold Creek > High Meadow > Star Lake > Freel Pass and back.

Snow! Light, dry, powdery snow from Star Lake to Freel Pass. Had to hike-a-bike most of that last bit (about two miles uphill). When hiking in snow, Sidi Dominators with low cut socks are not the best tools for the job.

I decided to go out and take pictures at night after it had been raining to get the reflections in the water. I found the normally crowded Fairhope Pier absolutely deserted.

There was a very good reason it was deserted. It was COLD.

Anyway, I think some of these pictures turned out pretty good.

Ok, so as you can probably tell I think clouds like this are so cool... These are cold weather clouds. The high here today was in the 50's and I'm loving it!!! Come on winter, come on!!!
