I've got a cold this week, which is a bit annoying. On the plus side I get to admire these attractively coloured cold relief capsules :)
IHTSW?!:2014 - Sweater Weather; Was checking out a spot for a potential weekend kayak trip only to find the area has already frozen. While not getting the 7 feet of snow Buffalo got, our weather has been a bit colder than normal. ;-)

This picture has multiple meanings to be which I'd rather not go into detail with. Let's just say the phrase "cold shoulder." Anyway this is compleatly not the picture I wanted to upload. I had one that I sort of liked that I actually took last week but I never put it on my flashdrive and I don't want to get behind or skip weeks. :/ I need to start trying more and actually planning. I feel like i don't have time or I make up excuses. Fortunatly next week is my first week of freedom since track will be over this week. So the excuses will have to stop(:

over the years my tolerance to cold has waned... I'm always envious of people who aren't affected by the frigid weather. This guy is an exception, riding his fixie on one of the coldest days in winter, 15F, in shorts and no gloves. I imagine the windchill is right around zero at the speed he was going. Brrrrrrr!
-7c on Sunday in Shanghai. It's been reported that it went as low as -13c. I think the novelty has worn off.
