Albacete Basket y PCE Instruments Tobarra han alcanzado un acuerdo de colaboración deportiva de acuerdo a la satisfacción de sus intereses comunes.
PCE Instruments Tobarra mantiene su identidad como club autónomo, pero pasando jugar el papel, como equipo vinculado, de filial en Primera Nacional del club de la capital. De esta manera, se nutrirá de jóvenes valores criados en la cantera de Albacete Basket.
PCE Instruments Tobarra consigue el cambio que venía necesitando y demandando en su estructura deportiva, rejuveneciendo su plantilla con jovenes valores de su propia cantera y los jóvenes de Albacete Basket que así seguirán teniendo continidad finalizada su fase Junior. Albacete Basket podría a lo largo del calendario de la competición EBA contar con la participación de los jugadores que precise del conjunto tobarreño dentro del marco que establece el reglamento federativo.
José Luis Fernández Salmerón, presidente de PCE Instruments Tobarra y Alejandro Serrano, director deportivo de Albacete Basket, han rubricado en la mañana de hoy, viernes 1 de Agosto el acuerdo de colaboración entre ambos clubes para toda la temporada 2014-15.
Las escuelas de cantera del baloncesto tobarreño también se reestructuran a partir de este año, y se pretende que la formación en este sentido tenga continuidad con la configuración de un equipo que pueda competir con garantías en Primera Nacional. Las escuelas de baloncesto de Tobarra estarán a cargo a partir de esta temporada de un histórico del baloncesto albacetense como Ángel Codón.

Photomicrographs of E. coli cells with a pMT1 parS sequence inserted at the origin of replication between the asnA and asnC genes. The four strains carried four different plasmids with the genes for GFP-mut2, YGFP, GFP-mut3, and YFPs fused to the pMT1 parB gene (see Supplementary Figure S4 for plasmid structure). All genes were E. coli codon-optimized and controlled by an arabinose promoter. Cells in logarithmic growth were induced with 0.2% arabinose for 30 min and kept on ice until pictures were taken. At this induction level, excess fluorescent fusion protein is synthesized and binds nonspecifically to the nucleoid in addition to the specific binding to the parS sequence in the origin. All pictures are 0.99-s exposures of bacteria excited for the periods indicated in seconds on the individual pictures.

The tree is based on generally accepted primate phylogeny as described in [21]. ORF disruptions (ψ highlighted in red) are only found in Philippine tarsier (1bp deletion) and white- and yellow-cheeked gibbon TAAR5 (4bp insertion and 1bp deletion). Positions stated correspond to codon position of the respective mouse ortholog. Detailed information about pseudogenization events is depicted in Figure S5. Below the branches, dN/dS-ratios (ω) that were determined by using a “free ratio” model implemented in PAML are shown. The number of non-synonymous and synonymous substitutions is indicated in parentheses. × indicates branches that were labeled to determine ωψ2 (see Table 1, Table S6).

DNA-distance based neighbor-joining phylogeny dendrograms for LT-II loci. The evolutionary history was inferred using the Neighbor-Joining method [58]. The bootstrap consensus tree inferred from 500 replicates is taken to represent the evolutionary history of the taxa analyzed [59]. Branches corresponding to partitions reproduced in less than 50% bootstrap replicates are collapsed. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (500 replicates) are shown next to the branches [59]. The trees are drawn to scale, with branch lengths in the same units as those of the evolutionary distances used to infer the phylogenetic tree. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Maximum Composite Likelihood method [60] and are in the units of the number of base substitutions per site. The analyses all involved 6 nucleotide sequences. Codon positions included were 1st+2nd+3rd. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. There were a total of 1117 (A), 1135 (B,) 780 (C) and 366 (D) positions in the final datasets respectively. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA5 [22]. Selective pressure variation of both TRPA1 and TRPV1 along branches of the tetrapod phylogeny. The tree topology is inferred with ML for each gene. Branch lengths are drawn proportionally to the estimated numbers of nonsynonymous substitutions per codon. The trees are rooted by the frog sequence (not shown). The selective pressures of branches are assigned to dN/dS categories (tick marks along heat scale) by the GA-Branch method implemented in HyPhy. Branches assigned to a given dN/dS category share the same color. Deeper blue indicates a strong purifying selection, whereas hotter colors indicate elevated dN/dS ratios. For branches with letters along them, dN/dS values are re-estimated in PAML and subjected to a positive selection test by LRT.
