E' la versione americana della nostra dottorina, molto veloce agile essenziale con un pizzico di eleganza. Ha cassa aperta con divanetto ben conservato in cuoio capitonnèe e cuffia in pelle nera, di comodo accesso e di chiara derivazione dal Phaeton europeo. Palchetto posteriore porta medicinali. Presenta nel telaio due codoni dritti che uniscono i due treni, le ruote sono molto ampie e leggere nella struttura. Sui mozzi delle ruote é riportata la carrozzeria americana e l'anno di fabbricazione come sul palchetto porta medicine.
Stato di conservazione: buono. Il rirpistino riguarda la cuffia in pelle sintetica, il telaio di supporto della cuffia e la verniciatura esterna di cassa e telaio. Il divanetto in cuoio nero a lavorazione capitonnèe é originale e ben conservato.
Persone trasportate: 1+1.
Colori: verde filettato di giallo.
Tiro: singolo. Stanghe unite nei colori del telaio con particolare sistema di attacco, metodo americano.
Sospensioni: caratteristico molleggio in uso negli Stati Uniti che prevede l'appoggio della cassa sulle balestre Ottocentesche disposte in senso orizzontale una per treno o come in questo modello che prevede una balestra in senso orizzontale nell'avantreno e due in senso longitudinale nel treno posteriore con uno o due condoni che uniscono i due treni

Phylogenetic relationships among the PKA catalytic subunit homologs in chordates.The C? and C? paralogs are a result of a gene duplication in a common ancestor of vertebrates. Subsequent duplications of C? and C? in a teleost fish ancestor have resulted in four PKA catalytic subunits in these organisms. The Bayesian inference tree is based on the nucleotide sequences (codon positions 1 and 2 only, GTR+?+I model) of exons 2 to 10 which corresponds to a multiple sequence alignment with no gaps. The phylogram is shown with estimated branch lengths proportional to the number of substitutions at each site, as indicated by the scale bar. The arthropod fruit fly (D. melanogaster) and the echinoderm sea urchin (S. purpuratus) have been set as outgroups. Bayesian posterior probabilities are shown for each node. The topology of a maximum likelihood (ML) tree generated with the same data set and model was identical to the Bayesian inference tree. ML bootstrap values are shown for selected nodes (1000 replications). The sequences of human and mouse PKA C? and C? and the homologs from amphioxus (B. floridae), zebra finch (T. guttata), chicken (G. gallus), the frog X. tropicalis, the lizard A. carolinensis, medaka (O. latipes), the pufferfish T. rubripes, and stickleback (G. aculeatus) are described in Materials and Methods S1. The X. tropicalis C? and A. carolinensis C? are incorrectly placed (See discussion and Fig. 3).
Phylogenetic analysis and cis-acting regulatory elements in the promoter of OsMYB55.Per cent similarity to homologs in other species (A), an un-rooted phylogenetic tree was drawn using Tree View based on alignments by CLUSTALX. The amino acid sequences used in this analysis are translated from Oryza Sativa (Os05g0553400), Sorghum bicolor (242088749), Zea mays (226509454), Vitis vinifera (296081600), Populus trichocarpa (224092242), Malus x domestica (71041104), Dacus carota (134026414), Glycine max (255642827) and Arabidopsis thaliana (15242793). Potential cis-elements presented in the OsMYB55 promoter sequence (B), MeJA, cis-acting regulatory element involved in methyl jasmonate -responsiveness; HSE, cis-acting element involved in heat stress responsiveness; ABRE, cis-acting element involved in abscisic acid responsiveness. The numbers below the diagram indicate the position of each cis-element upstream of the ATGG initiation codons.
Amino acid sequence comparison and phylogenetic relationships of human and chimpanzee DUXY copies.
(A) Comparison of the predicted amino acid sequence of orthologous human (HSA DUXY1–4) and chimpanzee (PTR DUXY1–4) Y-chromosomal DUX copies. The colour code corresponds to the CLUSTALW default for amino acid sequence alignments. Analogous to the human DUXY genes, none of their chimpanzee counterparts contain a second homeodomain. The 1-bp deletion previously identified in HSA DUXY1 is also present in PTR DUXY1, the only chimpanzee DUXY gene copy presumably capable to encode a functional protein. The chimpanzee DUXY copies DUXY2–4 carry a stop codon at position 21 of the putative DUXY open reading frame. (B) Phylogenetic analysis of DUXY gene copies of human and chimpanzee. The gene phylogeny is based on a molecular phylogenetic analysis using maximum likelihood methods. Topology and branch lengths were generated with TreeView. Each branch termini is labeled with the abbreviation of the corresponding DUX gene copy. The bootstrap value is positioned without any spacing at the branching point (red).
