Some bonkers clouds being blown across the sky with the gale a wee taste of blue after Stormy grey all day!

It was a cloudy morning walk through the La Crosse County Landfill Trail. Brought my digital camera along for some wild flower macros, but the dramatic clouds got all my attention.
Canon 760D w/Canon EFs 18-135mm lens. Adjustments in LR5.
These great clouds animated me to get up, take my camera and capture the sunset at the Ruhr in Mülheim.
Les nuages, c'est comme les rêves. Tantôt gais, tantôt tristes. On croit les tenir, ils se décomposent sous la main. Le souvenir est souvent ce qu'il en reste de meilleur.

To say this winter has been up and down is an understatement. Snow one weekend - rain the next. Temperatures well above freezing for a few days - below freezing after that. The two things that are consistent - cloudy skies and a lower heating bill. Though I enjoy winter, I have to admit the latter is not unwelcome.
This image goes back to New Years Day, when we were in a cooler cycle. It's been edited with one of my own Lightroom pre-sets.
