Clouds have kept sun out and an interesting landscape begins to take shape under dim conditions.

I realised I hadn't finished processing my December beach holiday photos, so here is one now. This was the day we arrived - cloudy - and it didn't improve at all - it was cloudy and stormy the whole week.

The main ridge of Mala Fatra mountains (from Velky Krivan, seen here, to Maly Krivan, behind my back) in Slovakia goes almost latitudinally, so sometimes clouds are dense on the north side, but barely present on the south side.
