I took Suki for a walk this morning and brought my new camera with me. I think the only way I will get back into shooting and posting again is to always have it with me.
The weather was relatively pleasant this morning. Temperature around 88, but 14 percent humidity.
Our rainy season is going to start soon thus we have clouds in the sky again.
So not only testing my new toy but capturing an item for the ANSH.
Another shot from last weekend, wide-angle and cropped to a panoramic format. I might try and convert some of these to B&W as there are lots of details in the wall/ruin.

Some other cloudscapes from this same day:

At the end of another sunny and warm autumnal day, we were treated to these fine cloudscape out over The Channel. All lit by the setting sun's warm light.
And free.
It doesn't look very dramatic in this HDR representation, but as we left Tsilivi to catch the ferry over to the mainland, the wind was freshening, the clouds were racing, and by the time we got to the harbour, a Force 10 (Beaufort) gale was blowing, waves were crashing over the breakwater, and all ferry departures had been cancelled. So, back to Tsilivi, and fortunately, the wind had abated enough by 8am the next morning, and we got onto that ferry, although later ones were cancelled again.
