One of the birds that was at the renaissance festival in a show, a red tail hawk. I got this nice profile of the bird. If you look hard you can see the reflection in the eye.

I decided not to wear the sword cape in these pictures, so that I could really show off the detail of the doublet.
The close-up shows how cleverly the stitching has added to the final effect. Extraordinary how well this has captured Pembury's gentle expression.
Here is a close up of the Charm Bracelet I made for my partner, I hope she loves it as much as I do. I was really tickled with how it came out =0)

Jumping spiders live in a variety of habitats. Tropical forests harbor the most species, but they are also found in temperate forests, scrub lands, deserts, intertidal zones, and even mountains.
Jumping spiders are generally recognized by their eye pattern.

Some details of the former Oriental Theatre lobby, which is the only remaining part of the theater still standing, as the auditorium was demolished in 1953 for a parking lot. The theater lobby itself survived demolition as it is housed in half of the adjoining apartment building. It is closed off to the public.

Do not under estimate this drivetrain. It may be inexpensive, but probably shifts better than any bike made 15 years ago! Mountain bike gears give you a nice wide range of gears.
Tom was an avid, if limited reader... he LOVED our collection of Terry Pratchetts. Often a twist in the plot or a particularly colourful piece of dialogue would move him to song. We tended to leave him to it, and go down the pub.
In case you're wondering, yes, the numpty was capable of putting his GAP top on inside out.
'Slithering snakes': close up of 8" x 8" swatch (basic combed cotton, printed by Spoonflower). Something cheeky and cheerful with and for snakes, which although feared by most people (with good reason) also fear us and will get out of our way quick smart if we let them... This design is full of harmless slithering snakes alive on pumpkin orange with black and white splatters. It was my entry in the Creepy-crawlies Contest, placing 30th out of 132 total entries. © Su Schaefer 2012
Color check: the threads in the picture are Gutermann polyester col. 350 (bright orange) and 932 (burnt orange).
