Loch Pityoulish

As the Scottish Tourist Board says "A beautiful loch with wild brown trout and large pike. Boats available." Of course they say that about the` other 896 too.

And so we come to the final shot from my rather lengthy and quite productive walk. As I near my desination, I'm only slightly late, the sort of late that isn't late, my camera is so very almost dead and I'm well and truly ready to sit down and have a drink. Just gotta cross those train tracks...

I wandered around Romford today with my camera to try and get some photos for the Class with Dave & Dave 'Commerce' assignment.

California Sea Gull, doing what they do best -- looking for handouts.

The Indian Mine was first discovered around 1903 by an Indian prospector named Johnny Hughes, who found a mineral vein while hunting bighorn sheep. The claim was sold to others who began working it in 1905. A one stamp mill was installed at a later date. The mine was never profitable.
