More test images from the Fujifilm X10 - variation on the Pine Cone test.
Just seeing how the AE Bracketing Drive function worked out. Bit disappointed there wasnt more than one over and one under bracketed shots. Five, seven or nine would be better. Mind you storing three images on a Class10 SD card still took around 5 seconds.
This image processed RAW through SilkyPix to JPEGs, then Photomatix Pro and finally desaturated and cropped in Lightroom.

We visited a class-10 cleanroom last week to see how some technology works. We're doing Flash tutorials, so the visit was very helpful - and uber cool! Yay, science!

Former British Rail Class 10 shunting locomotive 10119 (D4067) couples onto the rear of our 'Drive A Deltic Experience' train ready to back south out of Rothley station, our train was headed by the Deltic Preservation Society's class 55 locomotive 55019 'Royal Highland Fusilier', which had failed in the station whilst working back to Loughborough Central.

Having removed the rocker assemblies, we replaced the rocker arms and fulcrum shafts whilst carrying out a visual examination of the visible top end. It was surprising to see quite a lot of play in the old rocker bushes, up to 1.9mm in some.
Here you can see the refurbished units installed pre-tappet adjustment.
