Recipe from the New England Soup Factory cookbook. It's a love shade of pink and a great combination of flavors.
Sorry, didn't save my own little recipe at all, but made a butternut squash chowder a while back while I still had them fresh. This used a little bit of ginger, whole star anise, corn, quite a few different things. If you're wanting the recipe guess you can always message me and I can see what I can remember :)

I lurve Chowder, the adorable cat / raccoon thing chef. Too bad the show got canceled though. :(
I think I got this toy from one of those Jollibee happy-meals. He's a ketchup dispenser. :)
I'm a New Englander and very picky about my clam chowder, but I have to say that this may very well have been the best I've ever tasted!
My favorite place to eat in Half Moon Bay. samschowderhouse.com. My favorites are the Baked Oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer and their award winning Maine Lobster Roll.
Some surprises in this recipe from Natalie MacLean (see her book that comes out later this year). Made for a lovely chowder.
