Here's one of the "simpler" dishes in Musa's repertoire—if simple means merely marinated, spice-crusted, and grilled—and the combination of creamy yogurt, pungent garlic, and smoky pepper flakes produces the sort of chicken that has made the Turks the Near East's undisputed grill masters for centuries.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons Aleppo pepper or 2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper plus 2 teaspoons Hungarian sweet paprika, plus additional Aleppo pepper or paprika for sprinkling
1 cup plain whole-milk Greek-style yogurt (8 ounces)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 garlic cloves, peeled, flattened
2 unpeeled lemons; 1 thinly sliced into rounds, 1 cut into wedges for serving
2 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chicken (thighs and/or breast halves), cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes

Aleppo pepper is sold finely ground or crushed into small flakes; either one will work well in this recipe.
A slightly sweet Syrian pepper with a moderate heat level; available at some specialty foods stores and from wholespice.com.
A thick yogurt; sold at some supermarkets and at specialty foods stores (such as Trader Joe's and Whole Foods markets) and Greek markets. If unavailable, place regular yogurt in cheesecloth-lined strainer set over large bowl. Cover and chill overnight to drain.
Preparation
If using Aleppo pepper, place in large bowl and mix in 1 tablespoon warm water. Let stand until thick paste forms, about 5 minutes. If using dried crushed red pepper and paprika combination, place in large bowl and stir in 2 tablespoons warm water and let stand until paste forms, about 5 minutes. Add yogurt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, tomato paste, 2 teaspoons coarse salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper to spice mixture in bowl; whisk to blend. Stir in garlic and lemon slices, then chicken. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep chilled.
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Thread chicken pieces on metal skewers, dividing equally. Discard marinade in bowl. Sprinkle each skewer with salt, pepper, and additional Aleppo pepper or paprika. Brush grill rack with oil. Grill chicken until golden brown and cooked through, turning skewers occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes total. Transfer skewers to platter. Surround with lemon wedges and serve.

Boil and drain pasta and set aside. slice chicken into stripes/cubes. Heat about 4 Tablespoons olive oil over med/high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken, season and saute until slightly browned and cooked through.
Pour excess oil out of pan. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes and season to taste. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

2 small or 1 large lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly cracked pepper
2 lbs split chicken breasts*
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 275ºF. Squeeze about 3 Tbsp lemon juice from the lemon(s) and slice the remainder. Mince two cloves of the garlic, and peel the remaining 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Place them in a glass or ceramic casserole dish. Pour the prepared lemon marinade over the chicken, using a spoon to redistribute the marinade and make sure the surface of the chicken is fully covered. Add the remaining cloves of peeled garlic and sliced lemon around the chicken. If you're sensitive to bitter flavors, add the additional lemon slices after baking. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, turn the oven up to 425ºF, remove the foil, and baste the chicken with the juices from the bottom of the dish. Return the chicken to the oven and roast for an additional 20 minutes without foil at 425ºF, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with the pan drippings spooned over top.

Sometimes, I just really crave Broccoli and Chicken that's similar to those bad Chinese take-out places. Since I couldn't bring myself to buy that, I ended up cooking my own based on the following recipe!

What You Need
1-3/4 cups marinara sauce
1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
1 egg
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup POLLY-O All Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Make It
HEAT marinara sauce, and cook pasta as directed on package omitting salt.
MEANWHILE, beat egg lightly in shallow dish. Mix next 3 ingredients in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Top with mozzarella; cover. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
DRAIN pasta; place on platter. Top with sauce and chicken.

This is a super easy baked chicken wing that you can prepare, place in a hot oven, and an hour later, dinner is on the table. Use that hour to sit and relax. Who am I kidding? It's hard to have a spare minute to sit and relax, much less an hour. But at least, there's no messy frying, no major clean up. You'll have a large bowl and a baking sheet. That's it!
You can make as many or few of the wings as you like. I wanted leftovers so I cooked about 3 pounds of wings which were sold already separated and the tips removed.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a rimmed baking with nonstick spray.
Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle a liberal amount of taco seasoning onto wings and toss well to completely coat with the oil and seasoning.
Place wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 45- 60 minutes until wings are cooked through and crispy.
Serve with taco sauce and/or top with chopped cilantro, sour cream for dipping, etc.

Instructions
Prep the vegetables and place in serving size containers. (I use these containers and these containers to store prepped salads. Add a paper towel to each box to help the produce last longer. Place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
WHEN READY TO EAT:
Warm the protein of your choice and chop bite-size, if needed. Add the protein to the pre-made salad greens and vegetables. Add the toppings of your choice. Squeeze lime generously over the salad, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Or toss with your favorite salad dressing. Enjoy!

* ½ bag mini carrots or 2 whole carrots, diced
* 1 large parsnip, peeled and diced
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1 cup dry red wine
* 2 cups chicken stock
Instructions
1. Tie the thyme, parsley, and bay leaves together with a piece of kitchen twine and set aside.
2. Wash the chicken in cool water and dry well with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place your Easy Sear Insert or sauté pan over a medium-high heat and add butter and oil. When the butter has melted, add the chicken, skin side down. Let it brown without moving before turning to the other side. Remove chicken and set aside while you prepare the vegetables.
4. If needed, add 1 tablespoon canola oil to the pan, and then add the pancetta. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Add pearl onions and sauté until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
5. Add garlic, carrots, and parsnip. Cook 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are well coated.
6. Return the chicken to the pan in a single layer. Let the ingredients come to room temperature before continuing. If you are preparing the stew the day before, let the ingredients cool, then cover and place into the refrigerator.
7. (If using a sauté pan, now’s the time to place all ingredients into your slow cooker insert).
8. Place the insert into the slow cooker base, add remaining ingredients (the dry wine and chicken stock). Nestle the herb sachet among the chicken pieces. Cook on low for 6-10 hours. Remove the herbs before serving.
