The chef, shreds "kokoreç" with the sharp chopper. Clean and fresh mutton intestine is charcoaled and well-cooked before being shredded. Small pieces intermingles with onion and pepper during the process. Another amazing taste from the Turkish snack menu. The eye, just below the pile of food, protects the Chef and the mobile restaurant from bad luck and eyes. Thanks to great spotlight next to him, I was able to capture the moment with the smoke.

Unter den strengen Augen des Fahrdienstleiter Heringsdorf wurde nun die erforderliche Bremsprobe durchgeführt, das letzte Hab und Gut eingeladen und ein letztes Abschiedsfoto erstellt, ehe nur wenige Augenblicke später die Fertigmeldung ans Stellwerk anstand. Der Fahrdienstleiter füllte den erforderlichen Befehl zur Ausfahrt und händigte ihn dem Triebfahrzeugführer aus. Mit Handschlag wurde sich vom Zugpersonal verabschiedet und mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages dampfte 86 1759 aus dem Bahnhof.
Am gestrigen 29. Februar endete für den gezeigten "Chef über Weichen und Signale" die letzte Schicht am Bahnhof Heringsdorf. The funniest chef I have ever come across. The food he cooked beside our table was amazing at our hotel. The Hotel Sorgun in Sorgun near Side Turkey. Taken in May 2011. It has 7 a la carte restaurants on site with the most amazing food and experience.
