The chef, shreds "kokoreç" with the sharp chopper. Clean and fresh mutton intestine is charcoaled and well-cooked before being shredded. Small pieces intermingles with onion and pepper during the process. Another amazing taste from the Turkish snack menu. The eye, just below the pile of food, protects the Chef and the mobile restaurant from bad luck and eyes. Thanks to great spotlight next to him, I was able to capture the moment with the smoke.

It's a busy day at Al's today...

Hahahah!! Yaaassss, I found Pepe himself... XD He arrived safely from Thailand recently. He is really happy to start running his restaurant!

 

It was fun looking for the chef with the correct moustache matching the sticker design... I didn't know that Lego had so many Italian chefs....hahaha...

Über den Jahreswechsel war 86 1759 mit Sonderzügen zwischen dem Seebad Heringsdorf und Zinnowitz unterwegs; die V100, alias 204 425, übernahm das Rangiergeschäft im Bahnhof Heringsdorf.

 

Unter den strengen Augen des Fahrdienstleiter Heringsdorf wurde nun die erforderliche Bremsprobe durchgeführt, das letzte Hab und Gut eingeladen und ein letztes Abschiedsfoto erstellt, ehe nur wenige Augenblicke später die Fertigmeldung ans Stellwerk anstand. Der Fahrdienstleiter füllte den erforderlichen Befehl zur Ausfahrt und händigte ihn dem Triebfahrzeugführer aus. Mit Handschlag wurde sich vom Zugpersonal verabschiedet und mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages dampfte 86 1759 aus dem Bahnhof.

 

Am gestrigen 29. Februar endete für den gezeigten "Chef über Weichen und Signale" die letzte Schicht am Bahnhof Heringsdorf. Ich möchte Ihm hiermit für die tolle Zeit, die man erleben konnte, herzlichst Danken und wünsche Ihm auf seinem neuen, alten Lebensweg/Dienstposten alles Gute und weiterhin störungsreiche Schichten ;-)

The funniest chef I have ever come across. The food he cooked beside our table was amazing at our hotel. The Hotel Sorgun in Sorgun near Side Turkey. Taken in May 2011. It has 7 a la carte restaurants on site with the most amazing food and experience.

on this dreary rainy day to make the youngest grandson happy just put him in the kitchen helping prepare food...this guy LOVES to eat and may turn into quite a chef one day...he certainly is a great taster LOL...stay blessed and warm one and all..back to view your streams after they are asleep...
