another cheese challenge! upon waking in lake bled, the weather was rather dull and horrid so we thought we'd make up our mind about what to do over breakfast. dan realised that there were several different types of cheese at our buffet breakfast, so they could actually complete another challenge - taste test 5 different types! we gave them all names (ours) so we could discern them and vote a winner. lisa - dan's fiancee, got the bread rolls named after her so she wouldn't be left out :)

I discovered the current brand of tortillas I bought puff up when you put them in the toaster oven. This has provided me with a multitude of culinary options: slathered with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, crushed up and covered with scrambled eggs, and now: the tortilla sandwich.

I could see stuffing this with sausage, bacon, or maybe even a vegetable.... Or not.
Two kinds of cheese marinated in miso. One was camembert don't know what the other was. A half of a radish and an oyster. Great combination.
Eric and I made cheese puffs. It was really easy and we made mini sloppy joes from sausage and tomatoes with spices. So good.
