3.03.07 - I had a Stamp Party at Jackie's house and was really excited about having a reason to cook. We got home around 6 from the grocery store and I finished these and was out the door at 7:15. Very easy to make and really yummy. I got the recipe from the WW Comfort Foods cookbook.

Not the best photo, technically and I probably should've done some edits to it but it just cracks me up. He had this look of horror (the oh, crap I was just caught look) on his face at first and then broke out into this half silly, half "don't hurt me, Mommy" smile .
My roommate ordered mac and cheese with his dinner tonight. The management decided that macaroni was best served with black truffles at a price of $55.00 for a "tasting" sized portion. They negelected to tell him this until the receipt came.

Fire up the oven. Get a small loaf of French bread. Cut it into 1/2" rounds. Toss rounds with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
