If there is one thing evan likes then that is cheese, this is him at an unguarded moment where he snatches the cheese and is about to snack on it, it's at this moment i had to intervene, but not before i got some great pictures, one has to have some priorities.
Who knew? My son came to visit and offered some cheese to Enid - she does this every time.
This was before the kitchen was entirely redone, by the way. I can't believe it was so ugly and old fashioned.
Brunch at Seasons in the Park. We had a cheese tasting board as an appetizer. Le Cendrillon and something else I don't remember.

These were so good-I topped with Kraft American cheese slices. I picked them up and ate them with my hands(like a chocolate chip cookie)

Kraft Singles 2% Milk American Cheese, 9/2014 by Mike Mozart of TheToyChannel and JeepersMedia on YouTube
Some very ordinary cheddar cheese and some cold sliced ham. You could use any other kind of cheese, maybe something like Emmental might work well. Bacon would also be a good substitute for the ham, but make sure and cook it first. Or perhaps Parma ham, or any other cold sliced meat (chicken, beef, ...) would taste good too. Just thinking of some possibilities!
Put the cheese down on one of the slices of bread, then the ham, and spread the mustard.

You may have heard of the annual cheese rolling races that take place at Cooper’s Hill in Gloucestershire. Go to www.cheese-rolling.co.uk to find out more.
Each year competitors gather hopefully to take part in races down Cooper’s Hill chasing a cheese which becomes the prize for the race winner. The first person to get to the bottom of the hill after the cheese is the winner. This sounds easy but there are many people that fall during the races as the hill is very steep and the ground is quite rough. There are uphill races as well though no cheese is rolled for these (for obvious reasons).
To start each race the MC calls out
One to be ready!
Two to be steady!
Three to prepare! ...
The cheese is then released and it rolls downhill at speed. Then the M.C. continues
and FOUR to be off!
Ted and Fred have been looking forward to the Cheese Rolling races ever since they heard they were coming to Skidby. You may have seen them out and about training by running down (and also up, because to go down you usually have to first go up) many of the local hills. With the weather we have been having the training has been particularly challenging. They have often had to wear wellington boots and waterproofs and run through the pouring rain. However, they have reached the peak of their fitness just at the right time and now they are competing against each other to be the first to the bottom of the hill.
Who will be taking the cheese home?
