hello everyone!
of all my recent photographs, this is my favourite for a while. i am not certain about this white skirt's brightness, but i do quite like the colours and the pose and the lack of face. hmm, this positivity will, as always, disappear from my mind in a couple of days, but anyway...
i have started trying out film photography on the camera i recently uncovered among my vast amounts of stuff - nothing adventurous yet, just playing around with it, but i must say i really like using it, and i might even post some pictures from it when i get them developed :)

Phillip had always won every chess game the two had played. Marble figured he had superb visual spatial skills. What she hadn't realized was that he had mastered the art of stealth like movements which could be completed in the blink of an eye or at least the length of time it took Marble to blink!
Sunday's rain picked up after arriving in Cheat Bridge with a double-headed consist of a BL2 and this F7A. The mountaintops were obscured by rain and fog as the power was split apart to replicate yard work during the photo charter put on by Chase Gunnoe.
No matter how mighty a midget mate may be, is it legal to let a little guy carry a big guy all around a half marathon course?

CSX train R-316 drops down Cheat River Grade and into Rowlesburg, WV with a trio of SD-60 helpers up front on May 20, 1992. I was excited to find R-316 preparing to depart Grafton with a pair of Chessie units and a SCL unit, but was less than overjoyed when they added the helpers to the front end.
A photo from approximately one lifetime ago. This was after my initial forays into 365 projects but before I had some successful runs at this in the 2010's on Instagram.
I look spotted like a leopard or a cheetah. I love the sun coming in my window.

A security guard in Seoul walks past the site of a demonstration where the demonstrators are nowhere to be found, having apparently left after turning on a loud recording of someone giving an impassioned rant. To me, this seems a bit like cheating...
Another shot from Coopers Rock State Forest near Morgantown WV. This is taken from virtually the same location as the "Rising Fog" image I posted a few days ago, but this is taken the opposite direction with the sun behind me, instead of in front of me.
I like the shadows of the clouds on the mountain.
What a difference the location of the sun makes on the colors.
