So now that I've gotten a few more new amiibo, I think it's time to do another collection update! So I will go down the list of amiibo and their nicknames. Note that this will be in order of my favorite characters, not order that I got them.

I know that I’ve posted a bit of an overload of Smash Bros stuff, but I really enjoy making these characters. I am however going to take a brake from SSB for a while and get back to posting DC, Marvel, and LoH stuff. On to the characters

Charmander is by far my favorite Gen1 Kanto Starter, out of Bulbasaur and Squirtle. Obviously I had to make him in Lego Pokémon form!
Reds Pikachu is going up against my Charizard in a sparring match. Who will be victorious?
Even though I haven’t played recent generations, my Pokémon history goes all the way back to 1999, when the first game finally launched in Europe. I picked up my blue version, chose Squirtle to be my starter, played countless hours and even managed to catch all the 151 pocket monsters. Since then the franchise accompanied me to this very day and recently I rediscovered my love for the game by playing the new “Sun” edition and well as Pokémon GO.
To honor 25+ years of little monsters inhabiting our handheld consoles I did this figure photo of Red, showing him in the middle of a Pokémon fight. This picture is also a debut for me, since it’s my first one having a male character in it. The stands you can see in the background, as well as the boards are hand crafted by using nothing more than straws and some balsawood.

I ordered this guy on Target that one day when every rare amiibo was in stock for like three minutes!
Charizard..... finally! I caught & evolved Blastoise (my all time favourite Pokémon ever) a couple of months ago. Yesterday I caught a venasaur, so there was only charizard to get. Today I managed to evolve. So to those of you not in the Pokémon world, it's probably a eh? Response. To those of you in play, you'll appreciate my yay!
Introducing Rowlet! Rowlet is the Grass/Flying type starter Pokemon in the Alola region, and was introduced in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Rowlet is known as the "Grass Quill" Pokemon, and evolves into the "Blade Quill" Pokemon Dartrix and the "Arrow Quill" Pokemon Decidueye at levels 17 and 34, respectively.
Rowlet is the definite fan favorite of the 3 Alolan starters, and I did choose it as my starter in Ultra Moon... before promptly ditching it for a full team of shiny Pokemon transferred over from my Moon file. That said, I'll concede that this little guy is so irresistibly cute it's hard not to choose it at the start of the game, and it's evolution Decidueye is one of the best looking starters in the whole series, alongside Charizard, Sceptile and my personal favorite Greninja.

After trying to figure out the best circle packing for Charizard, I ended up with a crease pattern similar to Satoshi Kamiya's Ancient Dragon. The final circle packing is basically Ancient Dragon's Crease Pattern with a border graft for more paper to the head.
In this course, go battle Pokémon trainers and take on the Gym Leader as a Charizard at the fire gym! I hope you enjoy it!

So I borrowed Anakie's Charizard toy thingy and took this shot with it during the sunset while cycling using oBikes lol
This pokemon papercraft is a life size Charizard (Lizardon) Head and Wings for cosplay, based on the anime / game Pokemon, the paper model was created by Luisifer Chavez-Calderon. The size of finished model is about 700 (H) x 905 (W) x 940 (D) mm.
