About the bead sprite:

A bit bigger than Bulbasaur and while the top parts (leaves & petals) I'm fairly happy with, I'm not so pleased with the lower part. This was made in my second month, so I had expanded my palette quite a bit, unfortunately not enough. If I had to re-do it, I'd choose the same colors for the top, but choose all different blues.

Facts & Trivia:
Ivysaur is the only second stage Grass/Poison Pokémon that does not require an evolution stone to reach its final form. Like Bulbasaur and Venusaur, Ivysaur's skin color alternates from bright green in earlier generations (although, due to the limitation of the Game Boy and Game Boy Color) to a blueish green in later ones. In the Gen I and II remakes, the skin color is a slightly darker blue. In the anime and high grade console games it is depicted with light blue skin. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Ivysaur is the only Pokémon that Pokémon Trainer uses that doesn't use an HM move. Squirtle uses Waterfall, while Charizard uses Rock Smash and Fly. Ivysaur is the only Generation I Pokémon whose name begins with I.

MEGA BRICK EVOLUTION:
This was all just for fun, since I used to love Pokémon when I was younger. For some reason, i forgot to photograph Charizard but oh well, you still have three other close ups. These were extremely fun to make so hopefully I will do more in the future.
I'm also up in the mountains snowboarding, and I'm extremely surprised the internet barely works, let alone allowing me to publish these photos. I have a few other photos, but i might post them in the next few days.
Mecha Charizard, I choose you!! My summer hiatus is over; I was going to try to pawn this monster off as a SHIPtember submission (since he could hypothetically fly in space, and has a ~116 stud wingspan) but I could already sense Simon shaking his head in disapproval.

I’m back from my looong Flickr break and I’ve made a bunch of new things for y’all!
Pokémon games are some of the most popular and fun games out there, and almost everyone has had some kind of contact with these games once in there life. I personally have been playing since I was a kid, and I still really enjoy these games today. As a bit of a retrospective as the new Pokémon games, Sword and Shield, are coming soon, I decided to build every single final evolution of all the starter Pokémon. To start this series off, I had to do Generation 1: Venasaur, Charizard, and Blastoise.

Quite happy with how it's turned out, i'm obviously not a professional as you can tell but it helps boredom and it is a nice chill just getting on with it.
1. I spent a long time deliberating over what picture to actually upload for this whole tag thing. I settled on this picture if only because it's my favourite captured action shot.....so far....
2. Everyone's been saying who their favourite superhero is on these things. Almost all of them are wrong. Superman is the best superhero.
3. Fun fact, it took over a month of deliberating with Brandon (The FILMGMR) before I finally settled on Damian Wayne being the identity of the Crimson Knight. It was always going to be tied to the League of Assassins I was just hesitant to take such a risk by making the villain be revealed as Damian.
4. For the longest time I've wanted to call Batman Volume 4 'Endgame'. Sadly Scott Snyder beat me to the punch on that one. What is it with Snyder's these days?
5. I saw Batman v Superman once. I consumed a sizeable amount of alcohol immediately afterwards to block the pain away.
6. Oddly when it comes to reading other peoples stories I tend to get the most angry over bad Superman stories. I guess it's a consequence of seeing so many stories lately that just don't seem to understand the character of Superman. Did I mention I saw Batman v Superman?
7. I cried watching Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it was that good.
8. I'm British and from an outsider looking in, I'm baffled Bernie Sander is having such a struggle to be made the Democratic nominee.
9. Darth Vader is a truly amazing character and I love showing his fall to the dark side in my current Darth Vader series. Hopefully I can do him justice.
10. Speaking of Justice there may be some on the way...

13. Anyone else stoked that the pre-Flashpoint Superman is back as the main Superman in the DCU?
14. Heir to the Demon will hopefully start in the not too distant future. First I've got to explain how Damian Wayne could possibly be the Crimson Knight.
15. Everyone claims the Joker is their favourite DC villain. I guess I'm an abnormality by saying I love Lex Luthor....a shame about EisenLuthor.....did I mention I saw Batman v Superman?
16. Oddly whenever I see someone use a villain in their fan stories it often compels me to not use said villain. Heck the number of times I've seen the Joker be used is maddening. In many ways that's what drives me to use more obscure characters especially for my Batman stories as no-one else uses them.
17. I enjoy twisting characters in a way to make them more my own for my stories. It also makes it more compelling as to what the villains stand for if you ask me. If you just base them off their comic version it's rather lacklustre personally.
A few examples of small changes I made are:
-Krypton being at war with Apokolips before the planets destruction.
-The Joker persona is born as a dual personality disorder in Jack Napier before the Joker persona takes full control.
-The Crimson Knight is not an actual knight.

18. Lately I've become hooked on playing pokemon again. The best starters are obviously Sceptile, Charizard and Greninja.

20. I regularly play pokemon with Saberdaber1 and Kaiju Dan. We're hoping to do a 2 v 2 battle at some point and are currently looking for a fourth player.
21. I just generally want more people to play pokemon with.
22. If you're worried about being the worst pokemon player of our group don't worry. Saber safely holds that title.
23. Kaiju Dan has an ultra rare legendary. If you agree to play pokemon with us I might get him to show it to you.

27. If you're hoping to write DC stories why not apply for the DC comics stories group. There you can create your own version of some DC's long list of characters and even collaborate with other writers.
28. Pokemon Champion Chris wants to battle.
After a full week of playing SSBU, I have chosen what characters I like most. Here they are from left to right:
Pokémon Trainer: Squirtle is great for combos, Ivysaur is great for killing, and Charizard is great for recovery.
King K. Rool: best character in the game (in my opinion)
Snake: I’m not amazing with him yet, but I really like his play style.
Honorable mentions to Isabelle and Ice Climbers.

Built for Innovalug's Style it Up contest. Week 2 was to create a build that was perfectly symmetrical.
I had a lot of different ideas, but kept coming back to the Pokemon one. I was originally going to build Charmeleon because I didn't want to tackle the wings. But after I built him I realized it looked too tall! So I decided he needed to evolve into his final form, Charizard, for this challenge. I would have changed the color scheme to orange, but didn't have the necessary parts in that color.
Think this is a good entry? Tis Melee styled.
Originally, I was thinking about using a Ganondorf, Charizard, and Robin lineup, but I scraped the idea after seeing OrangXephos enter his Robin. Why scrap out my latest custom though?
I don't want my entry to contain a character that has been used. I really want my lineup to be unique, so I might try this lineup for one contest and a different for another? I'm not sure at this point.

I love this picture, i took a normal picture of charizard, then i drew the rest in, except for the fire, i place that in there to replace that crapy pokemon fire. I wish that i had put in a background in, it wood make the picture look alot better.
Hey all, haven't posted in a while. Here's Squirtle I made for a friend of mine. Spent the past few months learning how to work all the colors into a consistent style. Did that by building ALL the eeveelutions! Get ready to be bombarded with Lego pokemon!

What’s up guys! I’m extremely happy to finally post all 151 1st generation Pokémon!! A few years ago I built four of them and was happy with the response that I received from everyone. With all of the hype coming from Pokémon Go!, I figured why not try to make all 151! I’m not sure how long the building process actually took me, but the photographing was about 18 hours and the editing was around 28 hours. As you can tell I am very relieved it’s over!
